North Miami Beach, Fl Area Information
North Miami Beach is a popular suburb located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
This community, which boasts an incredible South Florida location, was originally known as Fulford around 1926. That name was derived from Captain William H. Fulford, who served in the United States Coast Guard.
Although the community was incorporated in 1927 with the name Fulford, it was later changed to North Miami in 1931.
Today, this 5.3 square mile community has about 41,500 residents, at least as of the 2010 Census.

Judge Arthur I. Snyder Tennis Center is also located within North Miami Beach.
